Intern - Talent Management Coordinator

Your mission:
Reporting to the Senior Talent Management Manager, you will manage the pipeline of talents from the company's Internship program, overseeing the process from hiring to completion. Your goal is to turn interns into company advocates by ensuring they receive the expected valuable learning opportunities.
You will do that by applying the guidelines provided as part of the new global Internship Program.
You will be involved in:

• Supporting and maintaining engagement with interns throughout their internships across all office locations.
• Collaborating with People Management functions, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and managers at all levels.
• Developing and standardizing effective pre-qualifying questions to enhance the hiring process.
• Proposing and implementing improvements to the internship program to maximize its effectiveness.
• Organizing and conducting engagement conversations with interns and providing actionable feedback to tutors.

Learn about change management and effective collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Other Tasks to Discover the Talent Management Function Include:

• Scheduling various Manager Training sessions.
• Collecting and analyzing KPIs on the onboarding experience.
• Scheduling engagement conversations as part of the Mentorship Program.
• Supporting content creation to promote the faces of our company internally and externally.

Requirements
The experience you bring

• Strong command of English (B2/C1).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite.
• Basic understanding of hiring and talent management processes.
• Proficiency in using HR tools such as Workday or Workable is a plus.
