Responsibilities

You will be leading the charge in the Partner Success Team as an Intern - Technical Program Manager to empower our partners technically in both pre and post sales capacity. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, building, and orchestrating global partner sales and technical enablement programs, ensuring our Partner community is empowered to act as a force multiplier for our sales, services, and support teams.

You will also be responsible to:

  • Lead the global initiative to enhance the Partner sales and technical enablement strategy for our Partners, focusing on quickly and efficiently scaling our Partners capabilities while reducing 1:1 touchpoints from Workato.

  • Design, build, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics, such as Partner readiness, internal capacity, Partner lifecycle, activity tracking, and ROI.

  • In partnership with cross-functional teams, lead the charge to develop net new partner focused sales and technical curriculum, getting hands on where appropriate to help accelerate efforts.

  • Design and deploy partner focused sales plays in alignment with broader Workato initiatives.

  • Harmonize cross-functional content development teams to ensure ongoing alignment and adherence to the programs.

  • Orchestrate efforts to deploy external partner enablement capabilities, collateral, coursework, and in-person sessions.

  • Act as a team lead for a global high performing team, ensuring the needs of each Workato have representation and local support.

  • Cultivate successful and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and our global Partner community.

  • Work with Partners to solicit feedback on existing programs/processes, working to continuously drive operational efficiencies.

  • Continuously advocate for our Partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader Workato initiatives.

  • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.

  • Maintain up-to-date partner materials for all go-to-market needs.

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or have relevant work experience in elements of content creation, enablement, and program/project management.

  • Able to commit to working full time for 6-12 months, working effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerations.

  • Excellent general communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to and willingness to work cross functionally with other internal departments.

  • Takes strong initiative and is a quick learner able to execute independently.

  • Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
