What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of operational, financial, and compliance audits in alignment with the annual audit plan.
• Develop work papers to thoroughly document findings, including tests, observations, and conclusions.
• Provide actionable control recommendations to address identified risks and collaborate with process owners to agree on action plans.
• Prepare internal audit reports based on audit findings.
• Monitor the timely closure of agreed-upon action plans.
• Conduct ad-hoc process improvement and investigation projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an internal audit or audit consulting role, with a focus on risk-based process audits.
• Strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP and data analysis is an asset.
• Relevant certifications (CIA, CISA, CFE, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Ability to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• High standards of ethics and integrity, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
