Wipfli is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Helena, Montana! This role will oversee internal audits, ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency. The Internal Audit Manager is involved in close collaboration with various departments to assess risk management processes and internal controls.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive internal audits
• Assist in managing client engagements to include planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of all work
• Develop audit programs and risk assessments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes
• Provide detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations
• Occasional travel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years
• CPA or CIA certification
• Deep understanding of audit frameworks and compliance regulations
• Experience in public accounting or consulting
• Knowledge of advanced audit tools and techniques

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $80,000 to $140,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
