Job Description
The Trailhead program is the start of your epic journey at Critical Mass. During your initial 12-weeks, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we make award-winning work with our clients. Our goal is to integrate you into the amazing work we do here at Critical Mass, and support you as part of the team to grow your career with us!
Our Summer 2023 Trailhead Cohort commences June 5, 2023.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to become an integral member of the Internal Communications team at Critical Mass. The position offers ample opportunities for job growth and creative ownership. The Internal Communications Coordinator will report directly to the Internal Communications Manager.
You will:
- Work with the Internal Communications Manager to write emails, create slides and other communications in a timely manner.
- Support Internal Communications by taking notes at meetings and following up with key stakeholders for needed materials and completing action items
- Maintain content calendar and keep reference writing samples organized in Box

- Scan our internal communications avenues on a regular cadence to maintain a pulse on the organization
- Learn the breadth of Critical Mass disciplines, office locations, and communications avenues to understand what we do and what our employees need to do their best work
- Participate in virtual and in office company events when it makes sense for your personal and work schedule to get an understanding of CM’s culture
You have:
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create, write, and edit communication and support material.
- Attention to detail in terms of copy is essential since our materials are the communication touchpoint with all employees.
- A strong customer service ethos and willingness to support a busy team.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
- Good use of tact and judgment with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excels at being self-driven and values team collaboration.
- Teams, Keynote and Box experience is a plus!
