TE Connectivity's Marketing Communications teams design, execute and report on internal and external communications and PR activities, engaging with customers, outside agencies and industry organizations. They define the messages and oversee the implementation of initiatives that engage key audiences using a variety of approaches, including internal communications, media, public relations and social media, developing ideas and stories to execute internal and external communications. They leverage a trend or storyline emerging from multiple inputs, e.g., team meetings, reports, social and traditional media, politics and current events, to elevate TE's brand in the market and partner with marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns, lead generation and market-facing communications complement one another to drive marketing results and manages the relationship with TE's public relations agency of record and assigned budget.

About the role:

Responsible for all programs and touchpoints to engage the global employee population and optimize the employee experience with relationship building, engagement programs, individual accountability, freedom to be innovative, and on-camera meeting interactions. Must be creative, have a passion for flawless execution, adept at juggling competing priorities, keen attention to detail, knowledge of all aspects of corporate internal communications, understanding of the innate interconnectivity of internal organizational communications, executive communications, crisis communications, and internal events. Writing, editing, and presentation skills, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and deliver internal communications plans, programs, and materials to support business priorities. inspire employee engagement, and drive company culture.
• Develop video, email, newsletter, calendar, and online content to support deliverables
• Maintain clear library of program materials and evolve/elevate at every step
• Monitor activities and deliverables to track progress, metrics, and audience / stakeholder feedback
• Monitor shared mailboxes and email moderation tools
• Successfully deliver quality project deliverables on-time
• Build-out and continuously improve internal processes and procedures to improve internal communications for TE Sensors
• Regularly share knowledge and best-practices with the broader TE Communications community
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 years of well-rounded experience in internal communications or marketing
• Must demonstrate the capacity to thrive in complex, global, matrix organizations with multiple constituents up to and including C-Suite executives, and the ability to work with creative teams and serve diverse global audiences
• Ability to resolve issues and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver against extremely tight deadlines and to produce high volumes of content
• Highly flexible; able to quickly respond to changing or unanticipated needs and mobilize cross-functional teams accordingly
• High energy self-starter who is comfortable collaborating or working independently and with others
• Possess the professional maturity to weather the unknown and the ability to adjust to change and to respond to crises or unforeseen developments
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership of tasks and objectives
• Have at least intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and shared mailboxes in Microsoft Outlook
• Intermediate knowledge of content management systems, SharePoint, or other intranet software preferred
• Basic video editing skills
• Native or expert English language skills required. Additional non-English language fluency is a plus

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $84K- $93K (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
