Summary of Position


The Senior Communications Analyst supports Credera’s Internal Communications and Organizational Change Management efforts.  This role facilitates internal communications logistics, supports the shaping of internal strategic communications, and leads execution of the communications and OCM activities for strategic initiatives.  This is Credera US position reporting to the Director of Operations over Office and Comms.


Job Duties

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications
    • Facilitate preparation and execution of large company meetings (e.g., Credera Connect, US All Hands Meeting, etc.)
    • Oversee the drafting, review, and distribution of the Crederian Newsletter
    • Facilitate communications execution and planning for strategic Credera initiatives
      • Recommend channels and timing/schedule for communications
      • Draft communications and facilitate review with appropriate stakeholders
    • Advise others on communication best practices for less strategic efforts 
    • Administer portal communications 
      • Own and curate What’s Happening page
      • Facilitate and support news article generation across the organization
      • Define and implement communications best practices across the portal that support the larger communication strategy 
      • Seek ways to continuously improve the overall structure and effectiveness of the Portal 
    • Maintain communication templates, best practices, channels, etc.
    • Effectively manage senior stakeholders, ensuring communications are supportive of Credera’s mission, vision, core values, and strategy  

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM)
    • Execute OCM activities (e.g., Stakeholder analysis, Persona analysis, WIIFM, feedback, adoption tracking, etc.) for strategic Credera initiatives 
    • Support, follow, and continually improve internal OCM best practices
    • Engage and manage senior stakeholders groups along the way 
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for strategic change 

 

Supportive Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with representative Credera groups to effectively support cascading communications 
    • Identify individuals across functional areas and establish group to support cascading comms and promote leveraging reusable, consistent content throughout organization 
    • Train this group and the broader organization in best practices and provide feedback
  • Provide advice and support on other internal OCM and internal communications efforts as requested (in addition to core responsibilities on assigned strategic initiatives)

HYBRID WORK MODEL:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our Crederians to average 3 days (full or partial) per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office, at a client site, or at an off-site location with other team members. You’ll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel: Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel.  While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.

Qualifications

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize based on business demand/need
  • Strong understanding (or experience) of consulting business model and operations 
  • Demonstrated ability to “manage up” and coach others
  • Ability to navigate and work effectively with senior leaders 
  • Performs work under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Organizational Change Management strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, stoop and kneel
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
