Job Description

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, the Marketing Communications Specialist II will support the company's strategic priorities by employing a broad range of communication skills, including project and campaign planning, writing, editing, presentation creation, social media, still photography and videography to inform and engage internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist II will serve as a managing editor of company publications/communication channels, as well as provide support for special events and projects conducted by the Marketing & Communication department.

Job Duties:

• Write and develop compelling communication content, messages, and stories that will inform and engage stakeholders, including dealers, customers, employees, media and others.
• Serve as managing editor for an internal/external communication channel, such as e-newsletter, intranet, blog, social media channel, etc.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal/external communication projects and campaigns that will inform and engage stakeholders, including dealers, customers, employees, media and others.
• Report and analyze data from communication projects, including surveys, campaigns, messages, social media, etc.
• Support the Marketing team, assisting on special events and projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, English or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two (2) years of communication experience required. Auto finance/financial services experience preferred.
• Excellent writer with demonstrated ability to communication clearly and effectively.
• Resourceful problem solver with ability to formulate and execute plans quickly and efficiently.
• Versatility in producing creative, compelling content for various channels and audiences.
• Excellent collaboration, customer service and presentation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Information

Salary Range: $61,800 - $83,350

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
