Internal Medicine - Hospitalist Opportunity

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our Hospitalist team at Nazareth Hospital located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Our team consists of 14 physicians, including one administrative only lead hospitalist, an assistant lead hospitalist with clinical and administrative duties, two Nocturnists, two swing shift hospitalists, and a pool of per diem physicians. Nazareth Hospital is seeking an associate who will complement their culture of collaboration, compassion and professionalism while being an advocate for the patient.

Nazareth is a teaching hospital with ACGME-accredited three-year residency training in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Ophthalmology, Podiatry and General Surgery, a one-year residency training in Transitional Year and Pharmacy, and a Cardiology Fellowship program.

The schedule for this opportunity is the swing shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, 7 on/7 off.

Our hospitalists cover 85% of the hospital and attend to an average of 15-18 patients per shift. We have an open ICU co-managed with intensivists and hospitalists. There are opportunities for personal and professional growth by serving on committees including GME, peer review, pharmacy and therapeutics, quality control, and credentialing, to name a few.
