The opportunity:
•  Autonomy to build your practice your way, with ample time to establish meaningful patient relationships
•  Moderate patient volume of 10-15 patients per day
•  Ability to incorporate procedures and scopes into your practice

Compensation Details:
•  Base Salary Range: $325,000 - $400,000
•  Guaranteed ongoing base salary plus production bonus
•  Six figure signing bonus
•  Up to $250,000 in retention bonuses or student loan repayment
