The Opportunity:

•  Outpatient practice with dedicated APPs, excellent administrative support, and modern facilities and equipment.

•  Moderate 1:3 call with no hospital call and a 4 ½ day work week provide excellent work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 plus RVU production bonus with expected earnings to 75th percentile MGMA or higher.
•  Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant bonus and total compensation leading the region.
