Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, IN

·       Outpatient only

·       Shared call schedule

·       EPIC EMR

·       Full onsite lab services

·       Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South

Licensure & Certifications

·       Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

·       Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Desired Requirements

·       Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

·       Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
