Two of our vibrant care centers in Nassau County are seeking an internal medicine physician passionate about serving an adult patient population and helping this location truly serve as the medical home for so many of our patients.
Whether you have recently completed your training and are eager to work with a senior physician mentor or are a senior physician yourself looking to improve the health of all who walk through the door, we want to hear from you and share more about our primary care vision and this opportunity. The right physician for this care center is passionate about being a doctor,  committed to serving a mature population, and wants to develop long-term relationships with patients and families as “their doctor”.
