International Account Manager
Job Description
Global Account Manager is the core of the Global Solutions team, responsible for placement, service execution and leadership of our analysts to support a dedicated Account Executive and specific book of business.
Territory - Southeast/hybrid
Core Responsibility -
-Client and Lockton Global communication
-Architects and executes global client service plans.
-Establishes standards and best practices in line with client risk management philosophy.
-Provides initial market entry and compliance analyses and executes renewal process.
Essentials -
-Experienced, senior coverage expert across all lines of business
-Accountable for all elements of program design, placement, service execution and advisory
-Identifies opportunities to create synergies and reduce frictional costs of global programs.
-Monitors and manages daily service coordination and needs.
-Articulate in Lockton's global capabilities, value proposition and differentiators.
-Ability to analyze exposures and identify risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data.
-Creates timely and accurate submissions, initial quote comparisons, and coverage reviews.
-Leadership and development of Global Analysts
-Data accuracy and reporting
-Accountable for post binding deliverables
-Country Managers - provides feedback on service quality, performance, and personnel changes.
-Develops underwriting and service team relationships, provides feedback on carrier performance.
-Minimum of five (5) years of experience in International / commercial property and casualty coverages
-Bachelor's degree
-Broker's license (Property and Casualty)
-Proven ability to organize and manage time efficiently to prioritize heavy workloads to meet all time-sensitive deadlines.
-Flexibility to travel by automobile and aircraft with overnight stays (Domestic and International).
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and develop strong client relationships.
-Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation, and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.
-Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
-Capacity to attend company, department and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and similar applications including use of spreadsheet applications and formula calculations.
