International Campaign & Content Marketing Manager.
Location: London (hybrid).


How will you make an impact?

•    Responsibility for the regional campaign approach, based on a clear understanding of the regional business objectives, market segment dynamics, buyer needs, sales, and channel partner requirements, in collaboration with key stakeholders including the regional sales, field marketing, pre-sales and global campaign leader.
•    Responsible for delivering the regional viewpoint and customer requirements into the global campaign team to assist in the development of global campaign.
•    In collaboration with the global campaign team, define regional objectives and suggest tactic mix for the programs within the campaigns – namely reputation building, demand creation and sales and channel enablement.
•    Working with the regional field marketing team and global campaign team, defines the campaign marketing plan for the region, lead the creation, localisation and execution of region-specific campaigns and content.
•    Ensures regional campaigns are aligned with corporate brand messaging and positioning.
•    Ensure clarity of goals for each campaign in close collaboration with all key stakeholders.
•    Establish an agreed measurement strategy and metrics, based on the agreed campaign goals: collaborate with marketing operations to establish measure and optimize performance.
•    Defines and executes region-specific campaigns for regional product launches and key-portfolio promotions.
•    Interfaces with regional sales to ensure regional campaign plan is aligned with sales objectives. 
•    Leverages Best Practices to create the best demand generation strategies, road-maps and program/campaigns for a specific LOB and region.
•    Coordinate quarterly reviews with key stakeholders to report on campaign performance vs. goals.
                

Have you got what it takes?

•    Bachelor’s degree in related curriculum required.
•    5 years minimum in marketing with experience in management of creative marketing campaigns.
•    Campaign creation, implementation, and management a must. Agency experience a plus.
•    Cross-border multinational campaign management experience.
•    Agency management in creative and delivery.
•    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
•    Strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
•    Good experience and understanding of omni-channel marketing including inbound, outbound and customer marketing techniques.
•    Expertise in Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Customer Loyalty marketing.
•    Ability to create effective, collaborative, cross-functional and diverse teams at a senior level (different geography and hierarchy) and direct projects.
•    Strong analytical and data reporting skills.
•    Excellent skills in MS Office suite and SFDC with marketing automation/eCRM understanding a plus.

The International Marketing Team is at the heart of the EMEA and APAC business driving brand growth, pipeline generation, partner relations, digital and field marketing efforts to significantly grow the NICE footprint. Being part of the Global Marketing Team gives access to a wealth of resource and experience that the International team can use and work with to help drive success. 

This position will be responsible for orchestrating NICE’s international marketing campaigns to build reputation and generate demand for NICE.  This includes regional level planning, campaign execution, impact measurement, analysis, and optimisation to ensure alignment with our business goals.
