International Customer Success Associate

A rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, Alarm.com is seeking an International Customer Success Associate – Supply Chain to join its team.  As a fast, growing company, Alarm.com is looking for somebody to contribute to the day-to-day operations of our business, as well as maintain a high level of customer service activity to support our Partners growing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer experience as a primary Alarm.com Supply Chain point of contact for international (non-USA and Canada) partner inquiries.
• Order Management - Ensure customer purchase orders are entered timely and accurately for international partners. Monitor order progression through the entire fulfillment process.
• Create necessary order processing documents, including but not limited to shipping instructions, commercial invoices, and packing lists, while updating changes within the system as needed.
• Effective communication with customers (internal and external) through various communication methods (e-mail, phone, chat, portals)
• Proactively communicate with international partners to resolve open concerns, discuss future purchasing needs, and help develop/implement processes to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Category Planners, and other departments to sync on updates as it impacts order management and fulfillment.
• Returns Management - Generate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) as requested by partners on defective devices.
• Ad hoc data entry and supply chain customer service support.
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement opportunities, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to gain necessary buy-in.
• Self-starter who can operate independently with a high degree of accountability.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish required.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, and/or business environment.
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Must possess the ability and commitment to meet deadlines even during high volume periods.
• Must be computer proficient, ability to learn Alarm.com Dealer site and assorted tools.
• Team player with a positive attitude and high degree of flexibility
• Bilingual-English/Spanish
