We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Payroll and Benefits Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll and employee benefits for our global organization. As the International Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of international payroll, compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic guidance on global benefits programs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for our international workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, payroll vendors, and external service providers to manage payroll operations in different countries.
  • Stay updated on international payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local benefit regulations, reporting requirements, and data privacy laws.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate deductions and reporting for benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with international payroll and benefits-related laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports, tax filings, and other compliance-related documents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity, payroll accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as finance, tax, legal, and HR, to address any compliance or reporting issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on international payroll and benefits matters, providing guidance and support to HR, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to address payroll and benefits-related inquiries, and escalations, and resolve any issues.
  • Build strong relationships with external payroll vendors, benefit providers, and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels regarding payroll and benefits-related policies, changes, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in international payroll management, including multi-country payroll processing and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, GBA) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with global benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., CloudPay & Workday)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and driving process improvements.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google sheets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, global environment.
