International Recruiter

Addison Group's client is looking for an International Recruiter to join their team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be innovative, passionate, and proactive in this role.

Job Description:

• Participate in every aspect of the recruiting cycle
• Work to improve the recruiting process by increasing efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and maintain a network of international contacts
• Establish a strong working relationship with hiring managers, coworkers, and clients
• Help build our candidate network with strong talent by sourcing and evaluating candidates
• Acquire necessary onboarding information from candidates, such as references, biographical data, and required documentation
• Serve as the point of contact throughout the onboarding process

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, including 2 years of international recruiting
• Experience with proposal recruitment
• Understand how to recruit in overseas markets
• Must be able to travel as needed
• Strong independent thinker
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Maintain professionality while working creatively
• Technically proficient in Word, Excel, and applicant tracking system
