Description

The International Sales Account Manager is the key contact for International business partners representing Cambria. You are the point person within Cambria responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day activities to support, manage and grow International Sales. This individual will ensure Cambria develops the processes and procedures that best fit the needs of our International customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and lead communication between our global customers and Cambria sales, marketing, service, and production organizations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by becoming a trusted advisor and partner to ensure Cambria is perceived as a qualified, value added supplier
  • Build business solutions and infrastructure that supports the international requirements, including planning, managing supply network, and lead times
  • Research, screen and develop new territories/partners
  • Maintain and update a robust suite of Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), scorecards, metrics, models, business rules and standard
  • Effective manage and resolve claims by partnering with the Business Partner Services department
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting on all export activities including export statistics, order management, logistics and shipping
  • Ensure that logistics system is operated in accordance with local, state, federal and international customs laws
  • Manage and oversee export declaration reporting (U.S. Census Automated Export Filing)
  • Manage expenses in collaboration with the Finance team with final approval from Sales Leadership
  • Generate and distribute invoices for all sales orders with a high level of accuracy and follow up
  • Ensure collection of all payment according to customer terms of sale
  • Managing Third Party relationships in the interest of both Cambria and Cambria's customer
  • Verifying, approving and routing Third Party invoices for payment and processing
  • Review, assist in preparation and approve documentation for export


Requirements

  • Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends


Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Related Field

Experience: 3 Years' Experience in International Logistics or International Business

Systems: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Additional Requirements

Travel Requirements: International Travel may be required. Travel to other Cambria locations required.

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use.
