WHAT YOU'LL DO
The international sales coordinator (ISC) supports the Ascend Learning International Operation and reports to the International Head of Operations. The ISC will work daily, liaising between internal stakeholders and the international sales and operations team. This position is responsible for processing all international digital requests, working with outside contractors on vetting customer requests, linking customers with appropriate international sales contacts, and assisting in addressing product related questions. The ISC will also be involved in various operational support initiatives.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position will work hybrid in our Burlington, MA office. Remote candidates will be considered.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Process International Digital Requests (Navigate, Instructor Resources & eBook Requests).
- Support International Sales Team with day-to-day product-related questions and requests. Liaise with internal stakeholders (JBL product, marketing, customer service, and other internal stake holders) on behalf of the outside international sales team to troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Direct internal sales leads and customer queries to the appropriate international team/member.
- Responsible for running CEI monthly activity reports for billing.
- Work with Agents and Digital Content Manager to verify and submit CEI digital requests.
- Manage international eBook pricing and files requests. Liaise with international digital vendors and digital content manager to respond to digital pricing requests and submit digital file requests.
- Conduct international market research as needed.
- Process international conference and collateral requests. Liaise with Marketing to fulfil international sales team marketing requests for flyers, posters, and other conference needs.
- Assist with select operational projects (digital price lists, restricted titles spreadsheet) and distribution list updates.
- Under the supervision of Int'l Operations Manager, pull International Distributor Activity Reports.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- BA/BSc in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
