International Support Specialist

Summary

The Logistics Specialist is accountable for outbound goods as well as the management of inventory. The Logistics Specialist is responsible for area performance and improvements, support and develop team members and contributes to the development and achievement of the Production budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Entry and management of pricing programs in system
• Support and escalation for pricing questions at an order level
• Transfer pricing comes from Corrine direct to this new position
• Partnership with operational group to support export order placement
• Monitoring of pricing and performance metrics and reporting to management
• Creation of customer records and maintenance of system information
• Auditing of export documentation and pricing programs
• Additional Responsibilities around support of overflow workload by supporting ocean bookings and order entry for the logistics team

Typical Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Relevant Experience

1+ years related experience and/or training
