International Tax Senior Manager
Job Description:

This position is part of a hybrid schedule allowing for 2-3 days per week in the office and 2-3 per week remote.
What You Will Be Doing• Managing international tax compliance process and assisting in management of policies for various items including transfer pricing, legal entity structure and international tax initiatives.• Managing tax compliance and accurate tax filings, assisting with managing appropriate internal controls. Performing tax research and planning on a pro-active, reactive, and as directed basis.• Assisting with the tax audits and with implementation of selected tax reduction initiatives.• Assisting with all quarterly and year-end tax accounting (FAS 109, FIN 48, etc).• Managing the international tax compliance process while driving process improvements and efficiencies.• U.S. International income tax compliance review of forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and 1118.• Work collaboratively on the preparation of Subpart F, foreign tax credit, GILTI, FDII and BEAT calculations, for the provision and the return.• Mentoring and creating a rich learning experience for international tax staff.• Participating in implementations within the broader corporate organization to ensure compliance and finding opportunities in a rapidly transforming organization.• Participating in management of modeling projects on international tax items.• Coordinating and implementing international tax planning initiatives.• Proactively conducting international tax research.• Conducting tax planning analysis with respect to cross-border transactions.• Working in partnership with the domestic tax team and other areas of finance and the business.• Assisting in the preparation of tax provision packages for foreign entities.
What We Are Looking For• Typically requires a minimum of 12-15 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.• CPA required or Juris Doctor• Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff• Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities• Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility• Makes decisions guided by resource availability and functional objectives• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems• Manage large teams of professionals and/or junior managers

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$127,600.00 - $166,375.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
