IDEAL CANDIDATE
You are an undergraduate or graduate student interested in joining us for an upcoming semester-long internship. You are a savvy go-getter with experience and further interests in operations, communication, events, business administration, and/or technology. You have a related major and a demonstrated history of initiative and achievement. You are organized, enthusiastic, smart, and personable. You actively demonstrate an eagerness to learn. You are a self-starter adept at taking direction and working semi-autonomously as well as with a (hybrid) team.

KEY FUNCTIONS
Generally, we are looking for interns to help with events, research, project support, communications support, and special projects. Internships are sponsored by a Throughline manager, and we will help align you to a competency in the company for training and tasking. Duties could vary widely or be focused and niche. We are committed to working with the intern to get them quality tasking, and help mentor around specific talents and interests the intern has identified. Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief cover letter displaying how they meet the following requirements:

• A creative/entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong work ethic, exemplary communication skills, and good decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while putting forward quality work and meeting deadlines
• Interest in cutting-edge, creative work for commercial and federal government clients
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Adobe suite a plus
• A self-starter, able to take direction, run with a task, ask good questions, and enhance a project
• Ability to work in-person from HQ Studio in Adams Morgan, Washington, DC
