Internship - Purchasing Team

We are looking for an intern for Purchasing Team to support the team during Reiwa program implementation. Reiwa is a transformation program to build the new enterprise resource planning, (ERP) solution for Hitachi Energy to design and implement a harmonized common business process across Hitachi Energy.

Your responsibilities

1. Supporting team members during Reiwa implementation

2. Managing whole P2P process which is:

• analyzing purchase requisitions in sap system
• placing orders to suppliers
• getting orders confirmations
• supervising deliveries to the factory once transport is on suppliers' side as well as arranging transportation with central team
• managing quantity and prices difference between invoices and deliveries

• You are a university student graduating in 2025 or later.
• You know MS Office software; knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• You are proficient in English and Polish
