Your Role and Responsibilities
This specialty requires advanced Quote to Cash (Q2C) process knowledge in order to perform supply and demand management transactions across the extended enterprise. This job role covers activities to support Order Management Billing Disputes Credit Management. People in this role interact with internal and external stakeholders and is responsible to mantain good relationship taking ownership of problem and disputes resolution accurately handling processing/transaction requirements applying effective research techniques and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. Execute the defined business processes in line with business controls to meet business objectives. The employee prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method.
