Internship: Sales/ Business Development Intern

About The Internship:

Unite Us is looking for a Summer 2023 Sales Intern to join our growing tech startup that is transforming health and social services.
We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Intern to join our hard charging, high output Mid-Atlantic Sales team. The Sales Intern will complete a variety of  tasks to support the team, which may include conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, participating in meetings, and assisting the team where needed.
To be successful as a Sales Intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company, our products and our unique valuable proposition as possible,  and be able to spot opportunities that may have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Sales Interns are problem solvers who know how to think creatively and critically.

Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 5, 2023 - July 28, 2023

What You'll Do:

• Support account prioritization by conducting analysis and relevant outreach to targeted accounts
• Provide feedback on value propositions for prioritized accounts as well as org structure power mapping 
• Understand and evaluate buying influences and process
• Support Sales team in pipeline growth

You're a great fit for this Internship if:

• You are pursuing a 4 year undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management Information,  or other related field.
• You have a GPA of at least 3.3 or higher 
•  Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, etc. - case studies, mock pitch, sales oriented presentation
• You like to work in a fast paced environment, are not afraid to work hard, speak up and dive into the details 
• You have at least 1 year of work experience

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is remote, U.S. based
• This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
