Internship SCM & Order Desk

We are looking for an Intern SCM & Order Desk (100%) for a fixed-term position (12 months). You will be responsible for overseeing the entire order management process from order creation to order fulfillment to ensure supply chain performance.

Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, You…

• support in overall order desk management (order desk inbox management etc.)
• manage ongoing customer correspondence (processing of customer complaints, tracking of shipment date information and possible delays) independently
• analyze customer reports (customer orders as well as ongoing processing of customer orders)
• coordinate deliveries with interfaces to our internal departments
• support the supply chain management department regarding storage products
• create warranty extensions plus debit and credit memos

Skills and Qualifications

Your Profile, You…

• already have completed university/ basic commercial training or similar
• provide good MS Office skills, especially Excel (S-reference, pivot, etc.)
• ideally have SAP knowledge
• have excellent German (C1+) and English skills
• work solution-oriented as well as very precise and reliable
• are able to work in a team and have experience within an international environment
