Interops Analyst

As Interops analyst, you will be helping AdvancedMD customers/ vendors build solutions on top of AdvancedMD platform by implementing AdvancedMD APIs and interfaces. This role requires 50% client and 50% internal cross team communication. Your strong analytical and project management skills along with excellent written and verbal communication will help you excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• This is a client facing role; you will be responsible for consulting and providing solutions to customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Analyze customer use cases and provide optimal solutions based on APIs, ODBC or HL7 messages.
• Collaborate with sales and implementation for smooth onboarding of customers.
• Act as a customer advocate
• Build backlog for developers based on common uses cases and improvement in performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers and other software engineers to execute your vision.
• Act as Project manager for internal initiatives.
• Harbor culture of SOP, internal tools and automation

Minimum Requirement

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong Project management skills
• You have 3+ years of development experience in any language. Preferably .Net.
• Experience working on SQL databases.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML formats
• Understanding of REST/ SOAP/ XMLRPS interfaces.

Preferred Requirement

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare domain
• Understanding of HL7, FHIR and CCDA standards
• Understanding for API Gateway. Preferably Google Apigee.
• Understanding of API documentation tools such as Swagger.
• Understanding of cloud computing. Preferably AWS.
• Understanding of ODBC drivers and their working
• Experience using agile methodologies.
