Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Intune Expert - Windows Platform Administrator with 10 years of experience. 

Your responsibilities:

• Administration of Intune and MECM (SCCM)
• Patch management with Intune and MECM (SCCM)
• Mobile Device Management (iOS, Android)
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows clients
• Rolling out new Windows releases
• Providing comprehensive consulting to our customers in the planning, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) with a focus on Hybrid Join, Autopilot, MDM, and Apps
• Conducting workshops and training sessions to introduce modern device management for clients, mobile devices, and apps
• Software packaging, deployment, and distribution
• IT support (2nd and 3rd level), including client management, patch management, incident management, problem management, release management, and application rollouts
• Close collaboration with our internal departments and customers

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart – Your Profile:

• at least 10 years of experience 
• You have good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are a plus
• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist or are a career changer with relevant experience and motivation
• You are a specialist in the Windows environment (Intune, MECM, O365, M365, Azure AD)
• Software packaging, deployment, and distribution are among your strengths
• You have practical experience in IT support (second and third level), customer support, telephone support
• You are passionate about the Modern Workplace and topics like Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure
• A solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as AD, AAD, GPO, Conditional Access, MFA, and Co-Management sets you apart.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API is advantageous
• PowerShell Skripting and SQL queries
• You are confident in using and documenting ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Helpline
