Inventory Analyst

Job Summary: 

Ruggable is a high-growth direct to consumer brand with great ambitions and needs a motivated inventory analyst to help a small but mighty accounting team scale as the company expands. The inventory analyst will work with the company’s manufacturing facilities to assist with the month-end inventory process and ensure that inventory movement is captured in NetSuite properly. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Accumulate and summarize count sheets at designated location and ensure all counts are tallied in a timely and accurate fashion
• Review and resolve open purchase orders with supply chain team 
• Review ownership transfers and ensure inventory receipts are recorded properly
• Assist supply chain team with recording inventory transfers and ensuring proper cutoff at month-end
• Assist with annual inventory audit procedures
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed across finance and supply chain functions

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required: 

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or similar
• Experience working closely with inventory in a manufacturing setting
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Excel skills 

Preferred: 

• Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus
• Prior experience with physical inventory and count procedures a strong plus
