We are looking for a Downstream Flow controller for our business in Apodaca N.L. The DFC is responsible for material replenishment (raw material and/or finished goods). Use MRP (right balance of Resource Vs Demand) to ensure stock availability on time at right place. Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream Planning Leader and Supply and Inventory Planner.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Ensure MRP (Balance Resource vs Demand) is executed in ERP and used as an input to drive replenishment.
• Action on MRP Exceptions (SAP example: MD06) and work with suppliers to advise / expedite the deliveries.
• Manage Customer Requests Workflows
• Ensure the stock is available by analyzing and taking right actions to keep the Back Order Lines, Pre Shortage and shortage, stock coverage and stock health under control.
• Work closely with:
• Downstream Planning Leader for right prioritization in Production Scheduling and Queue Management
• Supply & Inventory Planner in case of any MRP Parameter Optimization
• Warehouse to support Stock Discrepancy analysis and corrections if any.
• Transportation / Logistics team to track the shipments.
• Actively participate in SIM2

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

• Industrial Engineer, Intl Business, Intl Relations, or related .
• 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge in planning of raw material or finished goods.
• Experience in Manufacturing production lines
• Conversational English
• Supply Chain Planning knowledge
• Management of Excel and ERPs (SAP, etc)
• Proactivity, self-motivation, problem solving, push, effective communication and leadership initiative, punctuality.
