Your Part in it:
We are looking for a driven individual to maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and inventory reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily cycle counts for a multi-client warehouse. More specifically, counts will need to be logged with an RF scanner, print pallet tags (as needed) and open cartons to verify number of pieces if factory seal is broken. You will be operating an order picker machinery to view/count inventory in the racks. You will be reporting inventory variances before end of day, repalletizing and when slow assist others with entering orders in our system (data entry).
We teach you the tools and skills necessary to operate in the transportation industry by utilizing our own proprietary technology. Inventory Control Specialist
Requirements:

• Open to work OT and Weekends as necessary
• Operate Order Picker
• Minimum of 6 months experience in inventory control
• Attention to detail, able to notice differences in SKUs with close similarities
• Able to problem solve, think critically, and determine where items should be located if no location
• Majority of time is spent on the warehouse floor
• Able to lift 20-lbs

Other expectations:

• Punctuality - Must arrive on-time, must take breaks and lunches at designated times and at designated locations.
• Cell Phone Policy - No cell phones in the warehouse, headphones, or speakers.
• Professionalism - We conduct customer visits regularly and we will maintain a professional environment at all times. Vulgar language should not be used. Follow Dress Code policy, no low-cut shirts/blouses, and ripped/torn clothing.
• Safety equipment - Safety vest are required in the warehouse; this is a support roll which takes place within the warehouse.

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
