Diligent Robotics is searching for an Inventory Clerk to develop, execute, and scale current inventory processes to support Manufacturing and Field Operations. As an Inventory Clerk, you will inspect incoming inventory, ensure it is processed into the system, execute accuracy and reporting activities, and have the opportunity to coordinate shipments that support robot operations in the field. The ideal candidate is self driven, passionate, has experience processing inventory, executing inventory operations, and experience shipping with UPS and Fedex. They also have a strong track record of being detail oriented, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving opportunities to realization. This person thrives in a fast paced development environment and has the ability to make rapid decisions. You can deal with ambiguous situations, remove obstacles, and document activities for learning, tracking, and communication.ย 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality check on incoming inventory prior to put away
  • Check quantity of incoming goods, match to PO and enter receipt in systems
  • Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supply chain analyst
  • Provide regular reports to management
  • Conform to all safety requirements for working in a warehouse.
  • Kitting operations

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting manufacturing in inventory related functions
  • Ability to use inventory programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
  • Able to lift 35 lbs repeatedlyย 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mathematical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.

Nice to Have

  • 1 or more years as a lead or supervisor supporting manufacturing in inventory related functions
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheets
  • Experience documenting workflows
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or 5S

Salary Range for role: $45k - $55k
