Job Description

Job Title: Inventory Controls Specialist

Position Summary: Inventory controls specialist works closely with self-run warehouse inventory control, dynamic count, cycle count, internal/external audit, NC products management, scrap products management, data analysis, SOP/WI management to ensure the smooth and effective operation in the cold chain goods warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the warehouse continuous improvement according to the relevant standard operation procedure of distribution.
• Coordinate the inventory control and space optimization related works.
• Follow up with the execution of warehouse according to relevant standard operation procedure of distribution.
• Report abnormal or failure case.
• Collect daily received, shipped and inventory information.
• Organize the cycle count and bin check.
• Create/evaluate functional SOP/WI, update if it's out of date.
• NC and scrap products management.
• Supporting internal and external audit.
• Have analysis to the result of inventory variance.
• Take improvement action for inventory accuracy.
• Perform system entry of inventory transaction related.
• According to QMS requirements to monitor the warehouse operation.
• Daily data collection.

• At least 2 years warehouse operation experience.
• Familiar with warehouse management ERP system.
• Good at data analysis with excellent Office software operation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Inventory discrepancy analysis.
• Stocktaking experience.
• Accept OT.
• Living nearby WGQ is preferred.
