Job Summary

The Inventory & Licensing Specialist is a key resource in support of BeyondTrust’s license and maintenance revenue stream, and is a good fit for an enthusiastic, disciplined, and detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working alone and with teams. This position will have exposure to multiple areas of BeyondTrust’s Quote-to-Cash teams, with a great opportunity for future progression. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy problem solving with other teams, and working closely with the Inventory Manager on areas of process improvement.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Assist with forecasting and modeling of physical hardware
• Documentation of Window’s product keys
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate domestic and international shipments
• Analyze trends to provide accurate stock levels
• Work with deals desk to help generate quotes
• Help hardware partners with supply chain issues
• Monitor fulfillment queues and fulfill license and software requests
• Collaborate with multiple Quote-to-Cash team members
• Answer inventory questions from internal teams and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
• Proven track record of working independently but also acting as a successful team player
• Customer focused attitude and motivated to help
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills and analytical mindset
• Able to organize, multitask, and prioritize
• Advanced computer skills

Desirable Skills but not Required

• Previous experience with software licensing tools
• Previous experience with SFDC
• Moderate Excel Skills
