Summary
You will serve as a INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & FACILITIES SPECIALIST in the Equipment Management Division of the Administrative Department of NAV DOSIMETRY CENTER BETHESDA.
This is an obligated position. The former incumbent has return rights to this position under PL 86-585.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
Qualifications
- Utilizing a wide range of well-established and commonly applied supply principles, concepts and independently perform recurring assignments, (i.e., planning, procuring, receiving, property accounting, installation, maintenance, inventory, replacement and disposal of equipment);
- Locating and applying applicable reference materials to specific problems;
- Implementing principles of property management and facility maintenance;
- Using computers and computer programs to enable incumbent to establish and maintain on-going programs for equipment accountability;
- Utilizing mathematics, grammar, spelling, punctuation, to effectively analyze purchase order terminology, write letters and memos, and email messages as required; AND
- Using bar coding, supply functions and routine office procedures.

Successful completion of Master's or equivalent graduate degree related/necessary to do the work of the position:

Successful completion of Two "2 " full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, i.e., related/necessary to do the work of the position
or LL. B or J.D if related

This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Military Spouse Preference applicants will receive priority consideration at the Full Performance Level (FPL) and if determined to be Best Qualified at the FPL, and selected, must be placed at the FPL. A BQ military spouse possesses knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies comparable to others who meet the competitive referral criteria for the specific position.
PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
Preference applicants will be placed at the highest grade for which they have applied and are determined Best Qualified (BQ). A BQ military spouse possesses knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies comparable to others who meet the competitive referral criteria for the specific position.
