Inventory Manager

Team info:

Neuralink is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Manager who will be responsible for all of our warehouse/inventory operations! You will work with a  warehouse management system and ensure all inventory is logged and inserted into the warehouse organization platform (ORCA). You will be responsible for managing all warehouse logistics, items, inventory, and reporting, all while communicating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate takes charge on projects, has great leadership skills, and exceptional problem solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse organization and inventory
• Set up layout of warehouse and ensure efficient and effective space utilization
• Assist with building out and implementing the warehouse tracking system
• Create efficient operational and personnel policies and procedures 
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements
• The ability to communicate effectively between different stakeholders/leads across the company
• General operations support during down time (ie. putting together small furniture, restocking office supplies, and maintaining office appearance)

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse/Inventory Manager
• A strong background in warehouse/Inventory operations
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
• Ability to work well with all levels of company staff
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Clear communication skills
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred qualifications:

• Warehouse/Inventory software experience
• Forklift certified
• OSHA knowledge
