We're hiring an Inventory Planning & Wholesale Operations Manager to guide our Motorsports Supply Chain team. This is more than an operations role, it's a chance to influence the customer journey from the moment a dealer places an order to the moment a rider sets eyes on their product.

What You'll Lead & Create

Product Availability That Sparks Passion

Ensure the right Yamaha Motorsports products land in the right markets at the right time. You'll lead Inventory Planning and the Order Desk, empowering an 8-10-person team to support dealers, field sales, and internal partners with excellence.

Wholesale Strategy That Feels Like Momentum

Own wholesale planning, target creation, and reporting that helps leadership steer the business. You won't just present data, you'll turn insights into action and rally teams around a clear direction.

Operations That Run as Smoothly as Our Engines

Identify opportunities, streamline processes, eliminate friction, and help departments collaborate better. Your work directly shapes our ability to be the easiest company to do business for our customers and Dealers.

Dealer Relationships That Build Connection

Lead communications between Yamaha, our dealers, and field sales teams. Your transparency, clarity, and empathy will help create a dealer experience that feels fast, simple, and strong.

Compliance That Keeps Us Trusted & True

Oversee J-SOX guidelines for wholesale operations, invoicing, discounts, model setup, pricing, and more, protecting the integrity of the processes that keep Yamaha running.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You'll thrive here if you love to mix strategy with execution, analytics with intuition, and leadership with hands-on operational energy.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years in an analytical or operations-driven role
• 2+ years of people leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities and solving problems in dynamic environments
