Role:
The Inventory and Restock Supervisor executes, coordinates, and supervises work for Inventory and Restock Specialists and Leads in Card Kingdom's Purchasing Operations to ensure we meet individual and departmental metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and customer Service Level Agreements. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Inventory and Restock team members complete sorting, restocking, section maintenance, and inventory auditing in a consistent and timely manner. This role ensures that department goals are met by maintaining a consistent level of employee performance, engagement, and development by providing coaching and feedback to their team. An Inventory and Restock Supervisor prioritizes work for their team, exercises independent decision making to solve problems, and coordinates daily goals with other Operations Supervisors.
Responsibilities:• Ensures that Inventory and Restock team members execute against organizational targets for labor and inventory• Provides coaching and development for Inventory and Restock team members• Schedules and directs the workflow of Inventory and Restock team members• Acts as a primary subject matter expert for Card Kingdom's Inventory and Restock processes• Investigates and works with department manager to resolve inaccuracies and points of failure in our restock processes• Improves processes in support of organizational goals• Completes restocking activities, occasionally up to 7 hours/day• Trains Inventory and Restock team members• Acts as a standard-bearer for Card Kingdom's vision and values• Acts as liaison to stakeholders in other departments• Provides regular and ad hoc reports to the Inventory Manager• Provides upward feedback on processes and personnel• Participates in projects when required• Conducts performance reviews and disciplinary conversations• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:• Associate degree or equivalent work experience • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite • Prior supervisory responsibilities on a team of 5 or more FTE • Top-notch time management skills with an emphasis on keeping others motivated• Demonstrated bias for action, especially when dealing with ambiguity• Proven track-record of attention to detail• Proven ability to provide feedback both in the moment and in regular performance reviews• Top-notch time management and communication skills• Self-motivated and self-competitive work style• Ability to do detailed and repetitive work for extended periods of time• Strong manual dexterity• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly• Ability to work on your feet for up to eight hours a day

  • Non-Exempt: From $24.60, and $25.46 after 90 days + 15% Overnight differential
