Investment Advisory Product Specialist

Your role

Within the Advisory team you will:

o Be responsible for front-to-back service delivery and transaction capture for high priority relationships

o Drive and implement process excellence initiatives, as well as strategic change with the onboarding of third party solutions to automate legacy processes.

o Evaluate risk management procedures with a focus on continuous improvement

o Provide day to day support of the Advisory business, facing off to senior partners for daily issue identification and resolution.

Perform mandatory daily functions of:

o Escalation Management

o Risk Management via performance of key controls

o Reconciliation of Trades and Ledgers

o Process Improvement

Your team

The Advisory Operations team supports the full front-to-back trade, client, and asset lifecycle for a variety of investment fund products. We work closely with our branch (Financial Advisors) and business partners to support business growth, manage key risk, and provide top-tier service to our Wealth Management clients. The team is currently engaged in a number of strategic efforts to automate the current operating model and to unlock business growth, providing great experience for professionals seeking to make a lasting impact on a great team.

Your expertise

o 2-3 years of applicable work experience

o Experience in either Process Improvement OR Investment Solutions is required. Both are a big plus

o Recognize and effectively manage risk

o Precisely execute detail oriented tasks

o Prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment

o Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

o Develop a deep understanding of trading processes and the systems used to execute them

o Project management experience a plus
