The Role:
• Lead management: efficient communication with warm leads
• Handling a high volume of calls each day
• Investment guidance: you’ll ask insightful questions to understand investor goals and guide them through the investment process
• Proposal development: send detailed email proposals on investment opportunities
• Perform related administrative tasks to support sales activities
• Assist with sales progression and coordinate with third parties to ensure transaction completion
Skills required:
• Exceptional verbal written and communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience with a consistent earning of >$7000/month
• Deep understanding of investment instruments and terminology is a must
• Strong ability to listen and follow instructions to enhance product industry and sales knowledge
