Realiste AI, the world's first AI for Real Estate, is seeking sales professionals experienced in Real Estate to manage inquiries from international investors eager to acquire properties across the globe.

The Role:

 • Lead management: efficient communication with warm leads

 • Handling a high volume of calls each day

 • Investment guidance: you’ll ask insightful questions to understand investor goals and guide them through the investment process

 • Proposal development: send detailed email proposals on investment opportunities

 • Perform related administrative tasks to support sales activities

 • Assist with sales progression and coordinate with third parties to ensure transaction completion

Skills required:
 

 • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.

 • Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience with a consistent earning of >$7,000/month

 • Deep understanding of investment instruments and terminology is a must 

 • Strong ability to listen and follow instructions to enhance product, industry and sales knowledge
