Investment Management Associate (Winston-Salem)

Kilpatrick’s Winston-Salem office is seeking an Associate with at least 2 years of corporate, M&A and/or investment management experience. The attorney should have experience with corporate transactions, private equity investments, private funds, and/or Federal and State Securities Laws. Desired skill sets include: statutory and regulatory analysis and application, legal writing, securities offerings, corporate and governance principles, and experience with securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act or Investment Company Act. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials.
