Job Description
The Investment Management Communications Strategist is primarily responsible for the coordination and implementation of the communication strategy around BOK Financial's investment management process across multiple platforms. Communications will be internal and external in nature and include written, virtual and in-person events.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will participate in the development of internal communications to promote the BOKF Investment Management process.
- You will work closely with Chief Investment Strategist and Investment Management groups to implement overall communication strategies for the division including research and content development while supporting the internal communication needs of Wealth Management Investments business units as assigned.
- You will study current market and economic trends as we consider the types of investment topics on which to report. You will actively participate in developing story ideas for internal and external audiences for use in corporate communication publications as part of the overall communication strategy.
- You will maintain a system for archiving communications within organizational technology platforms including the management of all links, attachments, resources, etc. associated with archived communications and periodic announcements. You will evaluate and report on communication effectiveness to ensure programs meet both business and strategic objectives.
- You will serve as back-up for Chief Investment Strategist as needed. This could include written, virtual, and in person presentations and events.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related and 5+ years previous experience in capital markets; or 8+years of equivalent education/experience.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment management concepts.
- Excellent writing skills, with demonstrated ability to research stories, develop narrative, and produce finished product.
- Experience with communication measurement and data organization.
- Strong consulting skills and comfort providing communication strategy expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong ability to communicate complicated concepts and technical data in simple terms.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Excellent PC and software application skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Familiarity with supporting software applications a plus (Power Point, PDF, Photoshop, InDesign, FrontPage).
- Knowledge of AP-style copywriting and editing a plus.
