Job Description

Investment Services Group ("ISG") manages simple to moderately complex investment portfolios for primarily fiduciary (irrevocable and revocable trust) accounts as well as agency and IRAs and provides investment-related sales and process solutions for the Private Wealth footprint. The INVESTMENT MANAGER II manages moderately complex investment portfolios with an open architecture approach based upon the guidance list of strategies overseen and approved by the BOKF investment process. Consults with Relationship Manager, Client Advisor, Private Banker, Trust Officer and client to develop investment strategies based on BOKF investment management philosophy and customer objectives. This position will play an integral role in performing and documenting an assessment on accounts under consideration for transition to institutionally managed strategies and its related implementation.

There will be some expectation to assist business partners, primarily TO's, in the pursuit and closing of new business as needed. Advancement from this position will be based on the demonstrated ability to provide investment analysis, investment management and business solutions. Credibility with internal partners will be key metric as will the attainment of professional credentialing.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will provide support and manage client portfolios.
  • You will proactively communicate with existing clients and administrators about their accounts including the reporting of investment activity and performance.
  • You will study research and trends in portfolio management and stay informed of developments in the capital market.
  • You will consult with clients to develop investment objectives and provide guidance. You will stay abreast of the market and economy and be able to provide advice of legal and tax consequences of investment decisions.
  • You'll prepare reports and presentations for your own client meetings.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and 4-6 years' experience in portfolio management, or 9-11 years equivalent work experience.

Preferred:

Completion, or progress toward completion, of the CFA, CFP, CIMA or equivalent.
