You will be responsible for supporting our Financial Planning team and helping us deliver impeccable service and investment management to our members. 

What you’ll do with us 

• Assist clients with account set up and transfers
• Execute trades accurately and efficiently across various investment vehicles
• Conduct daily reconciliation of portfolio holdings, transactions, and cash balances
• Generate and distribute client performance reports on a regular basis
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance monitoring efforts
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What will set you apart

• Series 65 or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong investment acumen
• Organizational and written communication skills
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, or other related major preferred
• Experience using financial services technology
• An interest in the tech industry and/or experience with start-ups
• Consumer fintech experience
