iCapital is looking to hire a talented and driven private market Product Development professional to support its international expansion strategy. This newly created role sits within the Fund Management and Research department which is responsible for new product development, product structuring, manager and fund due diligence, manager onboarding, and fund lifecycle management. This role will help manage the product lifecycle of various alternative investment vehicles focusing on private markets and hedge funds.  These will primarily be funds created to invest in or alongside specified 3rd-party alternative asset managers, known as ‘feeder’ or ‘conduit’ funds. This team stands at the heart of iCapital’s growth into new markets and fund structures.

• Lead new feeder funds origination projects and work across the company to ensure on-time and successful completion.
• Work with key clients, both asset managers and wealth managers, to help structure and launch funds to meet their specific requirements.
• Oversee and support the preparation of various legal and marketing materials needed to market new funds.
• Execute processes related to adding new funds and structures to the platform and build procedures related to these funds within the iCapital ecosystem.
• Drive product management decisions for funds currently on our menu, such as hedge funds, private capital funds, and offshore structures.
• Leverage experience to help shape iCapital’s service offerings across multiple fund structures.
• Prepare and present new funds to the various decision-making groups.
• Assist in ad hoc fund launch activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another related field
• 12+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund administration, fund management or custodial relationships
• Experience in Alternative Investments with a focus in private fund structures is required
• A desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities with positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, self-starter that can work within tight deadlines
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $260,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
