About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a talented and driven Investment Product Development professional with a focus on the semi-liquid structures to support its expansion strategy. This newly created role sits within the Investment Solutions department, which is responsible for new product development, due diligence, independent investment management, education, and investment product management. This individual will help manage the development of various investment vehicles focusing on private markets, especially those targeting the mass high net worth market.  This team stands at the heart of iCapital’s growth into new markets and new fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead new investment product projects and work across the company to ensure on-time and successful completion.
• Work with key internal and external clients, both asset managers and wealth managers, to help structure and launch products that support iCapital’s growth initiatives.
• Oversee and support the preparation of various legal and marketing materials needed to bring new products to market.
• Support or lead processes related to adding new funds, new investment products, or new product lines to the platform and build procedures related to these funds within the iCapital ecosystem.
• Leverage experience to help shape iCapital’s service offerings across multiple fund structures.
• Prepare presentations, memos, and forms for various new product committees.
• Assist in ad hoc fund launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or another related field
• 10+ years of product structuring experience with exposure to fund development, fund management or investment product structuring
• Experience in alternative investments, registered funds, SMAs, or private investment structures is required
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments
• Detail-oriented, self-starter that can work within tight deadlines
• A desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities with positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $200,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
