Who you are:
As an Investments Sales Support Manager, you will lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize performance. You will help bring value to the organization by identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed. Our managers have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence.
What you'll do:
- Manage and train the sales support staff to ensure they are providing high-quality support to the sales team
- Develop and implement systems and procedures for sales support, including tracking and reporting on sales support activities
- Identify and address any gaps in the sales support process, and work with the sales team to develop solutions
- Ensure that the sales team has access to the necessary resources and information to effectively sell the company's products or services
- Provide regular updates to the Director of investment Sales on the performance of the sales support team and any issues that need to be addressed
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in investments sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Additional Preferred Ski:
- A CFA or other relevant professional certification
