Job Description

The Investor Account Executive must have an unquenchable thirst for learning and a passion for driving customer success and exceptional service. The role will be vital for servicing and supporting our highest value investors, servicing as a dedicated account manager, and providing white glove customer service to activate, engage, and retain our customers and drive customer satisfaction. The Investor Account Executive must be passionate about investing and sharing this passion with others.

Requirements

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact and account manager for our highest value and most active investors. Build strong and lasting relationships and support assigned investors with white-glove service.
  • Educate and activate new investors and introduce existing investors to new products and features. Channels include outbound phone calls, emails, product tours, webinars and customer training sessions. Develop customer job aids and other support materials.
  • Demonstrate your unique problem-solving abilities to provide solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Contribute to implementing processes, tools, and systems to improve customer success delivery (e.g., live chat)
  • Identify opportunities to improve established business metrics to drive efficiencies and improve the customer experience
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business - our key metrics, drivers for growth and participate in formulating our overall service and sales strategy.
  • Champion the customer view; always look for ways to improve the customer experience, remove pain points, champion product and service opportunities, increase engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to a fun and inspiring work environment

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:
  • BA/BS degree preferred with 5+ years experience in a service-oriented role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (i.e.Hubspot, Intercom & Dialpad) is a bonus.
  • Experience in real estate and/or investing is a bonus, but not required.
